When do I need to let Chill know I want to transport something?

- All metro next day transport bookings need to be finalised in writing before 1pm the business day prior to collection 
- Bookings for regional delivery require a booking 48 hours prior

What can I transport with Chill?

- You can transport anything from chilled, frozen, dry to temperature-controlled product

- Items such as alcohol, beverages/soft drink, Food - chilled dairy, meat, eggs, cheese, Food - ice cream, Food - confectionery, Food - seafood, raw ingredients/composites, Bioscience/Pharmaceutical, pet food, plant matter/flowers, building construction material and animal matter 

- We have a range of vehicles including 1 pallet utes, 2 & 3 pallet vans, 8, 10 & 12 pallet trucks so no job is too small or too large for us.

Where does Chill transport too?

We provide an "end to end" transport service. We can deliver to anywhere in Australia.

What sort of services does Chill offer when delivering goods?
    1. General - Anytime between 7am-5pm
    2. Express - Within a 4 hour window
    3. Dedicated - Vehicle dedicated to that particular delivery

We include services such as pallet wrapping, hand unload on the delivery end, fuel service levy and labelling.

What kind of accreditations does Chill have?

Chill has a vast number of local, state and national accreditations. At a local level we have registered accreditations through local councils food safety programs in the respective regions.

At a state level Chill's vehicles and facilities are inspected and accredited on a regular basis to ensure that all high-risk activities associated with the storage, handling and transport such as meat, seafood, dairy and eggs.

At a national level, our accreditation is underpinned by our certification in HACCP, Food Standards (AUS/NZ), NHVR, ISO9001 (pending Oct 2020). Our import-export operations are regulated and certified by the Federal Department of Agriculture and Fisheries and Chill are an Accredited Air Cargo Agency (AACA).
